Most business owners at some point decide "I need a website!". They do this for a number of reasons.

• My competitors have a website.
• I want to show a web presence to validate that I am the real thing.

Most small to medium sized companies have limited internal IT resources, so they inevitably call upon a web expert to build their website.

After the website is "complete" they find that every time they need to make a change or add new information they are calling their web expert and waiting for the change to be implemented.
